Simplified and Easy to Understand Process

We provide insurance for all types of Amusement, Entertainment and Hospitality businesses. We have a simple five-step process. Let’s be clear, FEC Insurance will never send you multiple confusing applications and ask you to play insurance agent. That is how claims get denied and your business suffers.

Our Five Step Process

Lets start with a conversation. Chances are we will be able to accomplish a lot in 30 to 45 minute phone call.

Lets gather some data. This will be information only the owner or manager will be able to obtain

  • 5 years of loss history. This is provided by your current and past insurance companies and must not be older than 30 days.
  • Copies of Inspection Check List, Maintenance Logs, Waivers and Training Manuals
  • Gather sales data by attraction and other sources of revenue in your operation.
  • Copies of all your current insurance policies.
  • Any other information I may need from our conversations.

From here we will start to create the frame work for what will become the final product. Conversations regarding the data you collected and some questions from me to fill in any blanks.

In depth and educational review of the quotes

  • Explanation of each coverage item and how we determine the limits
  • How and why the coverage’s effect your business both directly and indirectly
  • Review Optional coverages and limits of insurance
  • Claims examples based on your operation and how the insurance would respond

Risk management and claim prevention. This is the process where we dive into all things safety and preventative but in an operationally friendly way. We also work on   being prepared for the “What If’s” and how to handle those situations. A lot of time this is where I get to visit your facility
